Qualifications

• Must be able to work on a military base and pass a background check.
• Preference given to candidates not currently employed by a competitor.
• Part-time Base Manager position at Vance AFB, OK.
• Retail/merchandising experience is a plus, with emphasis on shelf management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current product distribution and expand distribution of new items.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf maximums for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves proactively and backstock when needed to meet stocking expectations.
• Secure or build displays and coordinate product demonstrations and events.
• Manage shelf things like facings, resets, pricing, and shelf tags.
• Process Vendor Credit Memos (VCMs) and Vendor Price Reductions (VPRAs).
• Maintain timely store call frequency and communicate issues to AM.
• Perform regular checks for code dates and product rotation.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and use Eagle Eye and Retail IQ tools.
