Job summary

St. Mary's School in Annapolis, MD seeks a Part-time Middle School Athletic Director to oversee day-to-day administration of middle school athletic programs, scheduling, coaching staff coordination, and liaison with families and leagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in athletics, coaching, athletic administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities for multiple seasons.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with regular updates to school administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of middle school athletic programs.
• Develop and maintain practice and game schedules for all middle school sports.
• Coordinate with coaches, leagues, and schools for games and events.
• Manage facility scheduling and space usage for practices and games.
• Communicate schedule changes and conflicts to coaches and school personnel.
• Ensure coaches complete required employment screenings and trainings.
