St. Mary's School in Annapolis, MD seeks a Part-Time Middle School Athletic Director to organize and oversee daily athletic operations, scheduling, coaching staff coordination, and family communications.

The role supports cross country, soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, track and field, and baseball within Catholic values. The position requires 20–24 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple sports, schedules, and facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with school administration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operations of middle school athletic programs and maintain athletic calendars.
• Develop practice and game schedules; coordinate with leagues and coaches.
• Manage facilities usage and event logistics; communicate changes to staff.
• Serve as primary contact for coaches; ensure screenings and training requirements are met.
• Communicate with families and staff about schedules and program updates.
• Maintain program records and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
