• Employ teaching methods and integrate technology across modalities to facilitate learning.
• Facilitate diverse learner needs with responsive pedagogical techniques.

• Engage in course preparation, syllabus review, and development of syllabi.
• Provide prompt, constructive feedback to students via office hours and assessments.
• Respond to student emails and ensure timely communication.
• Meet reporting deadlines such as grade processing and textbook adoption.
• Participate in service to the college and community.
