• Employ teaching methods to accommodate various levels of academic preparation and incorporate technology across modalities.
• Facilitate needs of different learners with responsive pedagogical techniques.
• Willingness to examine and adapt instructional practices to engage and support students.
• Engage in student consultation, course preparation, and syllabus development.
• Provide prompt and constructive support to students through office hours and timely feedback.
• Adhere to reporting deadlines (grade processing, enrollment verification, syllabus submission, textbook adoption).
• Participate in service to the college and community.
