Mitchell Companies is seeking a part-time Chaser to support the Sales Team with merchandising, account service, product placement, and customer service across the local area. This role is active and customer-focused, requiring independent work, strong organization, and attention to proper stocking and display.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous merchandising, retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives with product merchandising and in-store execution.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.
• Pull up specified accounts as scheduled by management.
• Follow product rotation, freshness, and Anheuser-Busch quality standards.
• Learn the brands carried by each account and ensure proper product placement and representation.
• Develop familiarity with account layouts and product display locations.
• Build professional relationships with store owners, managers, and other account personnel.
• Communicate with store personnel to help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and report service or merchandising issues to the appropriate Sales Representative or management.
• Attend team and company meetings when requested.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
