Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. This role operates independently with mobile reporting and requires reliable transportation.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The position offers a flexible schedule in your local market, early wage access, and access to training and support to help stores stay organized and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with accurate mobile reporting.
• Professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to reflect client standards.
• Updating planograms and product displays as directed.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting via mobile devices.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets as needed.
• Applying security tags and labels on products.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating with the District Manager while working independently in stores.
