Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. This role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and reporting via a mobile app.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. Flexible local schedule, early wage access, 401(k) with company match, and virtual training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
