Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure our store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy to locate. You will create safe, clean, visually appealing product displays that customers can access easily.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunity arises to share product or warranty information and help locate merchandise. The role supports growth and teamwork across Lowe's stores.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage and digitally maintain this info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and not missing.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
