Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores, creating a safe, visually appealing shopping environment.

You'll build eye-catching product displays, follow planograms, and support store operations with minimal customer interaction while remaining ready to assist customers when needed. This role offers a set weekday schedule and access to Lowe's benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
