Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, including unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
