Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely, accurate sorting of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure sets are completed on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to company expectations.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and stock movement.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring store leadership and service standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments to improve skills and performance.
