Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company program adherence.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and pricing integrity.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Provide coaching, training and development for team members.
• Support Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
