Michaels in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards. You will own workload planning, stock accuracy, and ship-from-store activities, while coaching team members to improve performance.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and a proven ability to lead SOPs, drive replenishment and maintain store presentation.

• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service levels.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, and replenishment accuracy.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization, ensure in-stock levels and accurate replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready sales floor.
