You'll partner with Store Manager, manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing and visual standards while maintaining a customer-ready environment. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; maintain store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; uphold service standards.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Plan workload; align staffing with business needs.
• Maintain in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, adjustments, and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs/ASN; ensure documentation accuracy.
