Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays to help customers find products easily. You will create attractive product displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand items, working with the Merchandising Services Team across Lowe's stores.

Most tasks are performed without direct customer interaction, though you may assist customers when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficient with web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks according to Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; keep digital signage info current.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair or replace damaged signs, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and schedules with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
