Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and inviting, so products are easy to locate. You’ll create visible product displays that are safe, clean, and customer-friendly.

You may engage with customers when needed and will listen, share product information, and assist in locating merchandise. This is an on-site Virginia role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are replaced if missing.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and optimize displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
