Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring Immediately Hiring Merchandisers to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. You will stock our products safely in assigned stores and rotate displays.

This part-time role offers $15 per hour, a 12-15 hour week schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with co-workers.
