Job summary

Schwan's is hiring Merchandisers to ensure products are stocked and visible on store shelves. The role includes stocking, rotating products, setting up promotions, and delivering excellent customer service across assigned grocery stores.

Offering a part-time schedule of 10-12 hours per week with Friday–Sunday shifts, $18/hour, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Must be at least 18, have a valid license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone for company tech requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
