Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring part-time Merchandisers to stock and merchandise products in assigned grocery stores. You will ensure products are available, rotated, and displayed prominently, while delivering friendly customer service.

The role requires reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in cold freezer spaces as needed. Flexible weekend hours are available in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage time in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores and ensure shelves are replenished.
• Merchandise and rotate products and set up promotional displays.
• Maintain display space and organize promotional materials across store aisles.
• Provide friendly customer service and cooperate with store staff.
