Job summary

Schwan's is immediately hiring Merchandisers to stock and merchandise products in grocery stores. This part-time role involves 8–10 hours per week across Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, with a pay of $16/hour and mileage reimbursement. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are available.

You will ensure products are available on store shelves, safely stock items, rotate stock, and maintain displays while delivering friendly customer service to shoppers and collaborating with store teams.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products with appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers.
