Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to work in our Hallmark department across various retail stores. You will stock, organize, and monitor inventory, engage with store teams, and support seasonal resets and installations while representing Hallmark professionally.

This role offers part-time hours (12‑16 per week), weekend availability, and the chance to grow with a national brand. You’ll use a handheld device for tasks and report to a supervisor in a fast-paced merchandising network.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across stores using a handheld device, reporting to your supervisor and communicating with store staff.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations and resetting card sections, often two weeks in advance for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support teammates in other territories.
