Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in retailers to optimize product placement, restock inventory, and support seasonal resets. You will engage with store teams and act as the face of Hallmark in assigned locations.

The role involves day-to-day merchandising with a handheld device, holiday coverage, and occasional installations. Availability to work 15–18 hours weekly, including some weekend or holiday shifts, is required.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores.
• Support seasonal resets and installations as needed.
• Collaborate with store teams and act as the Hallmark face in locations.
