Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in assigned retail stores, independently showcasing organization and time management while maintaining Hallmark product displays.

You will collaborate with store teams to optimize placement, restock inventory, and support seasonal resets, with a flexible schedule and occasional weekend work. This role emphasizes teamwork across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in stores using a mobile device; communicate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Holiday support: anticipated extended hours and days around seasonal events.
• Department resets: participate in installs and remodels, with prior notice about schedule changes.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
