Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a Merchandiser in Virginia Beach, VA for a part-time role. You will work independently to restock and organize product displays, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets, with a focus on in-store presentation.

Starting pay is $13.50 to $15.50 per hour with a typical 6–8 hours per week schedule. Paid training is provided, and part-time staff may access voluntary medical, dental and vision benefits. Availability around holidays is required.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and information.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet; reliable transportation for store visits.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with fixtures, relocations, and card sections; may involve evenings or weekends.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with field merchandisers to support other team members.
