Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Virginia Beach is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in local stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products and building retailer relationships. You will ensure optimal product placement and maintain inventory levels while supporting fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.

You will collaborate with store teams for in-store execution, with weekend or holiday availability often required, and the role offers paid training

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products in stores.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays as needed.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reorganization of card sections.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with store teams and fellow merchandisers across territories.
