Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Support Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in the Laramie area. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, manage inventory, and coordinate with store staff during daytime hours.

No prior experience required as training is provided; the role suits a motivated individual with transportation and a strong work ethic. Occasional weekend work around holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple store routes.
• Access to reliable internet for critical updates.
• Capable of learning and using the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Willing to work weekends and around major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and ordering products.
• Display products in greeting card departments and retail locations; keep backrooms organized.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product assembly as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload for your stores using a company tablet.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
