Job summary

American Greetings is seeking part‑time Merchandisers to service multiple retail locations, including the Lyman, WY area. You will display greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items, maintain backroom organization, and manage inventory on a flexible schedule.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role emphasizes reliability, transportation access, and the ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Able to learn and use company-provided tablet for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work and product assembly as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using company tablet.
• Work independently and with a team as required.
