Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to work independently across retail locations in Liberal, KS, displaying and maintaining inventory of our celebrations products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, and plush. You will coordinate with store staff and manage schedules to ensure shelves stay stocked and organized.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training and a starting wage of $12.20 per hour with raises to $12.90 after 6 months and

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multi-location routes.
• Access to reliable internet for updates.
• Proficient with a company-provided tablet for training and tasks.
• Willingness to meet scheduling needs including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stock as needed.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a tablet.
