Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in a variety of retail stores. You will restock and organize the Hallmark department, monitor inventory, and maintain attractive product displays. You may support other products in stores and assist with seasonal resets, installations, and renovations.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 30 pounds (50 pounds occasionally), and reliable transportation. Training is provided, and benefits are available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department in stores.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and reconfigurations, often two weeks’ notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
