Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service designated retail locations in the Booneville area on a part-time basis. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays updated, and store standards met, all while working independently in stores.

This role offers flexible hours, travel within the local market, and training supported by virtual onboarding. No prior merchandising required, with opportunities for early wage access and 401(k) with company match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
