Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in your local market on a part-time basis. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and complete audits while working solo in stores.

This role offers a flexible schedule, travel between sites with mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match. No prior merchandising experience required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
