Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role offers a flexible schedule, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and a 401(k) with company match.

Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, and training is provided. Work includes stocking shelves, updating planograms, audits, and reporting via a mobile app while building

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
