Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. Route typically averages several hours weekly, with travel between locations and virtual/remote coordination as needed.

Position emphasizes independence, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Training is provided, and benefits include early wage access and a 401(k) with company match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
