Job summary

PepsiCo in Henry, TN is seeking a part-time Route Sales Merchandiser to stock and display Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and other brands in local stores. You’ll drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) and merchandise products across schedules with team support.

You will use a company-issued iPhone for schedules, logging activity, and communicating with the team, while meeting safety and lifting requirements throughout shifts on Wed and Sun.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers.
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
