Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Sales Associate for Portsmouth, VA to stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos, keeping shelves full, neat, and ready for customers.

You will drive your own vehicle to various stores (gas mileage reimbursed), lift up to 40 lbs, and work with a team of Route Sales Representatives on rotating days with early start times.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
