Job summary

PepsiCo in Nashville is hiring to support vacations/LOAs in a relief pool. Shifts start early (roughly 3am–5am) and require availability across all days with rotating days off as routes are bid. This is a full-time role in a team-driven environment.

You will drive your personal vehicle (gas mileage reimbursed), merchandise Lay's and Doritos, and work with Route Sales Representatives to keep shelves stocked and ready for customers. Training and growth opportunities are available within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal vehicle to stores (gas mileage reimbursed).
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with start times and rotating days.
• Use company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity.

Quick Look

• Pay: $22.50 per hour
• Location:Nashville, TN
• Work Days:Will initially be a part of the relief pool to cover Vacations and LOAs. Must be available to work any day of the week Sunday through Saturday. Days off will rotate, schedule is subject to change based on business need. Set off days once a route is bid on
• Start Time: Between 3am and 5am. Subject to change based on business need.
• End Time: When work is completed

• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
