Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Scott Depot, WV, seeks team members for a Friday–Sunday route sales role. You will drive your own vehicle (gas mileage reimbursement), retrieve PepsiCo products, and merchandise the product throughout stores while coordinating with experienced Route Sales Representatives.

The job includes on-the-job training in a high-energy setting, with schedules that start at 1:00 PM and end as stores are completed. An iPhone is provided to log activities and stay connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
