Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route sales associate in Banner, MS. You will drive your personal vehicle to store locations, stock and merchandise Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, and work closely with Route Sales Representatives.

The role includes a fixed schedule with start times and mileage reimbursement. You will use a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with teammates, and log activity throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Quick Look

• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs

Minimum Qualifications

Stock and display Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more in local stores—fast, safely, and with pride.

• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity

• High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
