Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full-time assister in Worthington, MN to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations, stock and merchandise Lay's and Doritos products, and support store readiness.

You will work with Route Sales Representatives on a shared schedule and use a company iPhone to view schedules and log activity. The role includes gas mileage reimbursement, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for schedule growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (gas mileage reimbursement).
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise throughout the store.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.50 per hour

• Location:Worthington, MN

• Work Days:Monday/Tuesday OFF

• Start Time: 5am

• End Time: When stores are completed

Minimum Qualifications

• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time)
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity
