Schwan's Company is hiring a Merchandiser for the Warrenton/Astoria areas to stock and rotate products, set up promotional displays, and ensure shelf availability for shoppers.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18 with a 10-15 hour weekly schedule on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday, plus mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing consumer brands team. Strong customer service and teamwork with store staff are important.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred
• Must be 18+ with valid driver license
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move products
• Access to a smartphone for company tech requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product displays and promotional setups
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with store staff
