Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking immediately Hiring Merchandisers to stock and rotate products in assigned stores during weekend shifts. You will ensure products are available and well-displayed, providing good customer service and working closely with store teams.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 15-20 hours/week), mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Prior grocery experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver''s license with reliable transportation and must be 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products as needed.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Must meet pre-employment background check and drug testing requirements.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Years of related experience: 0–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product to maintain appealing displays.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
