Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in the Midland, MI area. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, and related items while managing schedules and inventory on a tablet.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation. Starting pay is $14.00/hour with increases to $14.80 after 6 months and $15.50 after 1 year, plus paid training and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and retail locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Available for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores with a company tablet.
