Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Ten Mile, TN area, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays reflect client standards.

The route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week, with service at 2690 S Highway 304 Ten Mile, TN 37880 and 9820 State Hwy 68 E Ten Mile, TN 37880. Enjoy flexible hours, travel in your market, early wage access, and 401(k) with company match when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
