Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations across the Henderson, TN area. You will stock shelves, adjust displays, and report findings via a mobile app, with training provided.

No experience required; virtual training and ongoing support are offered. The role includes travel within the local market, with compensation starting at $13.00 per hour and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
