Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to service retail locations in your area, ensuring displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, and report findings using a mobile app, all while building relationships with store personnel.

This role offers a flexible schedule with travel between local locations, early wage access, and potential 401(k) matching. Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise as needed.
• Update planograms and product displays to client standards.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting in the field.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets when required.
• Apply security tags and labels as directed.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Coordinate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
