Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, with some areas at 10 hours per week, in Elkton, Shenandoah, and nearby locations.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement are provided for travel between locations, with flexible schedule to earn supplemental income in your local market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to report accurately and timely via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
