Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, with some areas at 10 hours per week.

The position offers starting pay of $14.00 per hour, travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, and a flexible schedule that fits your local market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel effectively.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
