Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work independently across multiple retail locations in Morgantown, WV. You will organize displays, maintain inventory, and build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Weekly hours average 6, with potential to increase near holidays. Must be reliable with transportation and internet access. Rewarding role for those who enjoy organizing and customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for updates
• Able to learn and use the company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks
• Willingness to work weekends and around major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations
• Maintain organized backroom areas and other inventory tasks
• Communicate with management about service schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and holidays around peak periods
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet
• Work independently or as part of a team
