Job summary

Footprint Solutions in Texas is seeking a Merchandiser (Part-Time) to independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. The role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, conducting audits, and reporting via a mobile app; travel within territory is required; no experience needed with virtual training.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
